Sustainability Practices of the Wharf DC

The wharf was recently built- the first half being built in 2017 and the second releasing in 2022. The first phase, the 2017 release, developed:

• apartments

• store fronts

• hotels

• restaurants

• venues

• outdoor piers

• parks

The second phase, releasing in 2022 developed and renovated:

• retail shops

• restaurants

• parking

• the marina

The sustainability practices in place are:

• green roofs

• solar panels

• collection of rainwater

• plant based power materials
